The delinquent taxpayer lists are authorized by W.S. 39-15-108(c)(xvi) and will be published monthly.  The lists represent active vendors and taxpayers that are 150 days or more delinquent in sales and use taxes.  Because this is a monthly publication, updates are not made until the following month.
